I’m a Principal Recruiter. I use my ninja-like recruiting skills to source hard-to-find candidates and fill those “impossible” jobs. I also mentor our recruiting team and work with them to strengthen Wimmer’s ability to attract, develop and retain top talent.
We truly work hard and play hard. It isn’t uncommon to walk in and hear the entire recruiting team on the phone with candidates and 5 minutes later all laughing together about something funny that happened in the pit. I love my teammates. We are awesome recruiters that take our job seriously, but also have a good time!

This is one of the hardest, but most challenging careers! It takes guts! I mean…lots of hard work. You have to really appreciate your candidates and the clients trying to find good people. You have to really LISTEN! I mean…really listen to what candidates and clients are telling you and not what you want to hear. There are many ups and downs in this industry and in the Seattle technical market so you have to be able to ride the wave! The lows can be low, but the highs are really high. Focus on what you can control and work your rear end off!
